Free shipping on orders over $50, will automatically apply to free shipping if your cart exceeds $50.

High-Risk Orders

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. All packages are insured, and USPS will investigate the delivery status. Please note, we can only offer a refund or replacement if your package never reaches a “delivered” status.
